RTI integrates with JBoss Operations Network and RHQ Alerts by defining new
resources representing the data RTI collects. These resources provide all the same
alert capabilities as other JBoss ON resources, as described in the user guide:

Definition, modification and management of Alerts is done from the JBoss ON Web UI
as described in Section 3.6.1, “Creating an Alert on an RTI Metric”. If you have defined an alert whose
notification is an RTI Trace or Profile action, and one or more instances of that
alert has been triggered during application execution, then you can import the
resulting snapshot data into the RTI Console as described in Section 3.6.2, “Viewing Alert Snapshots in the RTI Console”.
